As an 11+ year resident of Safety Harbor, with local experience in buying, owning, and building a home in downtown; I can find no other area as uniquely set for property value growth as Safety Harbor.  With its easy commutes to Tampa, St Pete, and all the beaches; but at home it is quaint and quiet.  


Coming from multiple generations of Realtors, I grew up learning about real estate and appraisals.  And in the mid-2000s, I studied at the Appraisal Institute and became a staff appraiser and licensed real estate agent with the family Commercial Real Estate company in Louisiana.  However, my first love of aerospace drew me back where I have amassed over 26 years of high tech sales in aerospace avionics.


I moved the family to Safety Harbor in 2010 for my aerospace career from Tulsa, OK, where I also was a licensed real estate agent.  But, the real story is while in Tulsa about 10 years, we also bought and remodeled over 5 homes built from 1929 through the 1950s.  These experiences showed me how to build and remodel within a Square Foot price budget; and the value of not overbuilding or over paying.  As my father drilled into me, "the market will determine the price".  


During my spare time, I enjoy traveling with my family, mountain biking (yes, even in Florida!), and golf.  I am an active attendee of the Safety Harbor City Commission meetings, and volunteer for Chi Chi Rodriguez Golf Complex; and always looking for more opportunities to give back.  


I look forward to assisting my clients with what will likely be the biggest investment they will ever undertake with honesty, loyalty, and trust.
